DELIVERY

All of our orders are hand delivered by a member of the Gilly’s Balloon Co team, this is so we can ensure a quality service and that our balloons make it to you or the recipient in the best condition.

 

The following questions & answers may help with any queries you have:

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to these post codes:

HU1, HU10, HU11, HU12, HU13, HU14, HU16, HU17, HU18, HU2, HU20, HU3, HU4, HU5, HU6, HU7, HU8, HU9

Delivery is only available on orders over £30.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £30.

Orders below £30 are available for Click and Collect from Gilly’s Balloon Co HQ.

 

How long does delivery take?

You decide on the delivery time and date (subject to availability). At checkout you will have the opportunity to select your delivery or collection slot.

 

Do I need to be in to receive my balloons?

Yes, you must be at the address at the date and time of delivery. The delivery time and date are prearranged with the customer. If you you need to re-arrange delivery we will need at least 24hrs notice (before delivery date/time). If not the cost of re-delivery and re-creation of balloons may be passed on to you.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our orders are made ready for you with care and attention. Sometimes though we realise that your order may not be quite right. The following answers will help with any questions about returning or exchanging your balloons. If you are still unsure please contact us or telephone us on 01482 847007 and we'll be happy to help with any queries.

 

What is your exchange and return Policy?

On the rare occasion that your purchase is not quite right, we will strive to correct this for you. Your order is only eligible for exchange or return if the delivery does not match the original order and a prearranged alteration was not discussed and agreed.

 

How do I return my balloons for an exchange or refund?

If you are unhappy with your order and meet the exchange or refund requirements call us on 01482 847007 to discuss further.  

 

How long does an exchange or refund take?

Card payments: You will receive a refund notification from ourselves. Individual banks vary, but you should expect to see the refund in your bank account 3-4 working days after our refund notification.
